INNOVATIS (Suisse) AG is the latest legal entity of INNOVATIS that Erwin Lasshofer found in 2011. The main difference between this entity and the others is its one stop service center capability. While others such as INNOVATIS Immobilien GbmH focuses on one area of real estate. It was established in Zurich, but as of this year it is now relocated in Cham.

In asset management, the company focuses on managing fixed income portfolios. It has asset managers with extensive experience even internationally in addition to outstanding specialized knowhow.

Due to the negligible returns provided by secure investments such as treasury notes and government bonds, INNOVATIS launched a fixed income product that have an annualized return if 4 %.  This solves the problem of having a secure investment that has a higher return than the last obtained from the government securities for those looking for capital protection.

Erwin Lasshofer's Achievements

As the president of the INNOVATIS (Suisse) AG Board, Erwin Lasshofer has achieved what most people would only dream about. However, his journey  began over 20 years ago when he started out as an Area Manager in an Investment Company in 1992 . Two years later, he had built his own company that also focuses on  investment of fund management, project financing and design of investment products, . These are the services that he rendered in Asia and Europe to corporate and private investors.

                           

                              Founding and Co-Founding various INNOVATIS Entities

His involvement with INNOVATIS started in 2001 with the founding and co-founding of various INNOVATIS entities.  He co-founded INNOVATIS Asset Management SA in 2008, a company that focuses on fixed income products. Also the latest entity, INNOVATIS (Suisse) AG in 2011; a one stop for investment needs, offering asset management as well as structuring of financial products to particular needs of the clients.

He also owns INNOVATIS GmbH Australia, in which he is entitled as the Managing Director. In addition  as being a part of the board of other entities in the Group,  includes: INNOVATIS Guernsey and INNOVATIS Asset Management SA, Panama.

Being a founder and co-founder of a successful business is one of Erwin Lasshofer's achievements. He  achieved this by creating an infrastructure operating on internal controls and portfolios  in meeting the needs of the clients.

                             Management of Investment Team in the various Entities

Under the provision and leadership of Erwin Lasshofer, the INNOVATIS Entities had succeeded. Considering that, the legal entities are now located in different regions; he has proven his management skills that span for more than 20 years in product and strategic development for both institutional and retail investors. With this, he was able to supervise the investment team for the entities; ensuring that they run successfully and providing quality services. Erwin has created an foundation that provides customized portfolios for the client’s needs based on the framework of external and internal controls.

Running a successful business is not an easy task based on the challenges encountered along the way.
